Safe-Gard™ is the world-leading two-piece liner range of induction sealing materials. Safe-Gard™ lining materials are easy to use and can be glued into the cap or inserted behind a retention feature without making changes to existing cap designs. Safe-Gard™ liners form a strong seal, which after removal, leave an aluminum residue on the container and a board re-seal in the cap.
The pulp backing which stays with the closure will ensure that the pack can be re-closed and still provide leak prevention and freshness protection. A choice of pulp backing thicknesses are available on many specifications.
Our new Safe-Gard Plus™ product line builds on the strengths of the established and globally trusted Safe-Gard™ liner range. It offers outstanding results for applications in a wide range of sectors, from food to pharmaceutical and agrochemical. Its new wax pattern and formulation improves absorption rate into backing boards, boosting production. Safe-Gard Plus™ increases performance in hotter climates or applications that require extended storage or transit times.
