Job Duties

In a small team, as Senior IT Support, you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • 1st & 2nd level support
  • IT inventory monitoring and maintenance
  • Administration and support for printers and telephone systems
  • Responsible for Windows workstations and peripherals
  • Ongoing user support in the area of ​​O365 applications
  • Responsible for server and network installations and support
  • Participation in local and global IT projects and rollouts
  • Creation of FAQ entries and instructions
  • Participation in the design and implementation of system solutions
  • Implementation of IT training courses
     

Knowledge & Experience

  • Completed training or further education in the field of computer science
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT
  • Confident German and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), French an advantage
  • High flexibility, resilience, self-motivation and perseverance
  • Independent work and willingness to take on responsible tasks
